Phil Mickelson pulled out of next week’s ING Par-3 Shootout, a usually laidback event he says he can’t even pretend to have fun at after his collapse at the U.S. Open.Mickelson had a double-bogey on the last hole of last weekend’s tournament, allowing Australian Geoff Ogilvy to win the U.S. Open by one stroke at Winged Foot Golf Club.He said that made him decide not to compete in the ING Par-3 Shootout at Treetops Resort on Monday and Tuesday as he has for the past seven years.
